Internal: full scan pipeline with manual 4-corner picker, debug panels, and per-pixel diagnostics. Not the user-facing flow.

Take a photo of your punch card on a flat surface. Make sure all four corner anchors are visible. After uploading, you'll align four markers with your card's corners.
